But with limited access to art and expertise at the moment, we weren’t all that confident about our ability to execute a stylish home makeover.
For example, we know that a proper video conference backdrop is important for our professional image. And we love the idea of a spring refresh. But how to execute an upgrade of our home or office decor right now if our “DIY” skills are somewhat lacking?
Dear reader, we stumbled across a new series of art and home decor books that provide an instant fix.
Frameables: the Easy Luxury Home Decor Upgrade
Publishing company Flammarion has introduced a new collection of art books with detachable prints to decorate your walls. With the inspiration and prints you need to create your own wall gallery array at home, Frameables art books are an easy source for a quick upgrade in our home or office decor.
There are four books in the series as of this posting. Each one contains a curated selection of twenty-one high-quality reproductions that can be easily removed from the book, framed in a standard-size frame, and displayed at home or in the office.
For timid decorators like us, there are step-by-step tips for grouping the works to create a harmonious gallery. There’s a wide variety of visual languages and motifs in each book: you’ll find graphic, colorful or abstract works, including paintings, engravings, and drawings.
Lifelong learners will be happy to know that each work of art is explained on the back of the print.
The notes on the back of the prints include details about the work and biographical information about the artist. The intent is to help buyers understand the context of each work in the history of art.
In addition, the publisher provides suggestions for where you can go to see additional examples of the artists’ works to build on your experience and learning.
In addition to the four books in the Flammarion series, the luxury bookstore Rizzoli in New York has several other art books with removable prints that can be framed and incorporated into a home or home office decor. We’ve included some of them here, as well.
Where do you want to go as you daydream at home, or in your home office? Whatever your preference, there’s a frameable art print book for that.
