The Hawai’i Food & Wine Festival takes place over three weekends on multiple islands. The annual event features a roster of over 150 internationally renowned master chefs, culinary personalities and wine and spirit producers – Oct 5 – 27

The New York City Food & Wine Festival returns with more than 80 events in celebration of America’s favorite foods. The festival features intimate dinners with world renowned chefs, late night parties, hands-on classes, educational seminars, wine tastings and more – Oct 10 – 13

At the 10th edition of the Barbados Food and Rum Festival, sip on the local elixir, sample fresh seafood and dig your feet into the sand with this year’s guest of honor, UK Chef Tom Aikens – Oct 24 – 27

Europe

Taking place every October since 1963, the Festa do Marisco (Seafood Festival) is held in a picturesque fishing community in Galicia, Spain. Visitors can sample seafood rice dishes, clams, oysters and baked scallops. They can also experience the Best Crab and Best Mussel Dish competitions. And a unique shellfish parade! – Oct 3 – 13

The International Alba White Truffle Fair will descend on Alba for its 89th year – Oct 5 – Nov 24

With over 500 participants from 60 countries, including over 200 renowned chefs and pastry chefs, the Salon du Chocolat is a must-attend event for chocolate lovers.  This is the event’s 25th year – Oct 30 – Nov 3

Asia

Sample the iconic soup from 18 different vendors serving up different styles and flavors from all over the country at the Tokyo Ramen Show – Oct 24 – Nov 4

To start its London autumn series, Sotheby’s will present Rare Wines and Spirits from the Cellar of Graham Lyons & Other Collections – Oct 16

Sotheby’s London will present its first single-owner sale of spirits and one of the most comprehensive catalogs of whisky ever to be offered at auction. The Ultimate Whiskey Collection includes no less than 178 bottlings from The Macallan Fine and Rare series. The star is the 1926 The Macallan 60-year old, containing liquid from cask number 263 – Oct 24
