It may be summer. But in the worlds of fashion, art and design, many people are already looking ahead to the fall and winter.

Haute Couture Week Fall-Winter in Paris. The dazzling Haute Joaillerie show. And Berlin Fashion Week. They all point toward future seasons and emerging trends. 

On the design front, notable design events in July include Market Art + Design in the Hamptons. Art Santa Fe in the desert of New Mexico. And the East Hampton Antiques & Design Show. In addition, there are top-notch auctions at both Christie’s and Sotheby’s.

Haute Joaillerie will close out Haute Couture Week in Paris. Featured houses will include Anna Hu, Boucheron, Chanel, Chaumet, Chopard, De Beers, Louis Vuitton and Mikimoto – July 5

Buzzy London-based designer Roksanda Ilincic and size-inclusive luxury label Marina Rinaldi have teamed up. Their new collaboration, Marina Rinaldi by Roksanda, drops this month in sizes 8 through 24.

Who knew that this July, the list of fashion, art and design events would be cosmic? On the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing, there’s a new exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum. Pierre Cardin: Future Fashion explores the trailblazing career of the French designer. More than 170 items will be on display. In one of the major art auctions in July 2019, Sotheby’s will present the first of a four-part series The Masterworks of Time.  The first part takes place this month and will focus on the work of George Daniels, who was once considered the greatest watchmaker in the world – July 2
