Plane, Yacht and Auto Luxury Calendar for June
June is coming in hot, with air shows, car shows, and yacht and car races galore. Our favorites include the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta in Sardinia and the Val-d’Or Air Show in Quebec.
There’s also the Formula One Grand Prix de France and the Greenwich Concours d’Elegance too.
And if you are on the market for a new ride, Barrett-Jackson and GM will auction off the last ever built C7 Corvette during the annual Northeast Auction at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.

1. Luxury Auto Shows and Supercars
Recognized as one of the premier concours in the country and the largest in the Northeast, Greenwich Concours d’Elegance is unique. It’s actually two events back-to-back. Saturday is the Concours Americana for American cars and motorcycles. Sunday is the Concours International for imported marques – June 1 – 2
The Classic Car Club of Manhattan is hosting a trip to Portimão where members can enjoy the sun and race around the track in a fleet of Caymans and AMG-powered Mercedes – June 7 – 10
RM Sotheby’s will be celebrating its 40th anniversary in Chatham-Kent with a weekend-long celebration. Plans include a car cruise, retrofest and concours d’elegance – June 21 – 22

Barrett-Jackson and GM will auction off the last ever built C7 Corvette to benefit the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation during the 4th annual Northeast Auction at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut – June 26 – 29

3. Superyacht regattas and yacht shows
Returning to Yacht Club Costa Smeralda (YCCS) in Sardinia for its 12th edition is the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta. This race is one of the most important events on the Mediterranean’s sailing calendar. There are five days of competitive racing against the beautiful backdrop of the La Maddalena island chain, located off the coast of Porto Cervo – June 3- 8
Showcasing a spectacular lineup of luxury charter yachts, the Newport Charter Yacht Show will return to Rhode Island for its 37th edition. Hosted by Newport Shipyard, the four day event is dedicated exclusively to yacht charter professionals. – June 17 – 20
Superyacht Cup Palma, Europe’s longest running superyacht regatta, returns with four days of spectacular racing against the idyllic city backdrop of Palma de Mallorca – June 19 – 22

4. Formula One and other Auto Races
Hosted at arguably the prettiest Formula One race track on the circuit, the Canadian Formula One Grand Prix in Montreal is one of the best-attended motor sports events in the world. Few places embrace their Grand Prix weekend as enthusiastically – June 7 – 9
The 11th annual GoldRush Rally (GRX) kicks off in Miami, Florida. Participants drive through high profile cities and scenic back roads. They even shut down famous landmarks along the way before the race ends in Austin, Texas – June 22 – 30

The Fort Wayne Air Show is set to take off at Fort Wayne 122nd Air National Guard Base, featuring the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, ground displays and entertainment – June 8 – 9
Quebec will host the 4th edition of the Val-d’Or Air Show – June 8 – 9
France will host the 53rd International Paris Air Show at Le Bourget Parc des Expositions, bringing together global players to explore the latest technological innovations – June 17 – 23
