Chef-forager René Redzepi’s non-profit organisation Mad will hold its 6th annual Mad Symposium in Copenhagen with talks, demonstrations, group discussions and, of course, exclusive dinners – Aug 26 – 27
La Tomatina, a massive food fight held in the tiny town of Buñol, 25 miles outside Valencia takes place at the end of this month.
