April 2017: Food & Drink

–The World’s Best 50 Restaurants 2017 will be held in Melbourne, Australia for the first time. The MasterClass series will run concurrently, with 8 chefs whose restaurants have appeared on the list in the past cooking and sharing tips for home cooks – April 1-7

–The Gelato Festival in Florence will see the debut of 16 new flavors from up-and-coming chefs, and you can see it being made (and of course, sample all of them) – April 21-25

–Gratitude, an upscale Vegan restaurant opens in Beverly Hills this month
